Introduction

Do you often feel disconnected and misunderstood from the world around you due to current or past life experiences? Has this caused feelings of loneliness and discouragement in your life? One of my greatest passions is walking alongside individuals who are facing life challenges in order to find a sense of meaning and purpose in their lives. I believe in the healing power of connection and the premise that every individual deserves to have a safe, compassionate space to be truly heard and explore their authentic selves. I am a attachment-based Certified EMDR practitioner, and I specialize in treating adults who are working to heal from Trauma and PTSD. I have over 13 years of experience treating anxiety, depression as well as many other diagnoses. It is truly an honor to do this work, and I would love to meet with you to collaborate and empower you to begin your healing journey to find confidence and freedom in your own story.
