I am so grateful that during your search for a clinician, you stumbled over here. I believe that all symptoms whether it is anxiety, fear, lack of self-esteem, or anger - that it all serves a purpose. What you present with is most of the time is not the problem, but the solution to a deeper concern. I want to help you figure out what that deep seeded concern truly is. I have been described by clients to be empathetic, relatable, soft, goofy, and validating. The most important ingredient to an individuals growth in therapy is the therapeutic relationship, and my goal is to always create a safe and cozy space for you to engage in deeper introspection. I also find power in addressing ways we might be inhibiting our own growth and happiness.
