As a counselor, I specialize in a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, family/relational conflict, as well as women's issues (infertility, perinatal, and postpartum). In my practice I am mindful of each individual's unique needs, utilizing a person-centered, strengths-based, mindfulness approach to counseling.
