Hi there! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience in the field. I utilize evidence based therapeutic techniques to help children, teens and adults modify behaviors, improve relationships, reduce stress and anxiety, increase mood, and work through the challenges that have brought them to seek therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals identify what they see as their good life, and helping them to set attainable goals, as well as providing support, encouragement and effective tools to utilize along their journey.
