Welcome! I have been practicing since 2016 in a variety of settings. I've done in-home work and supervision, public school/day treatment and teletherapy. I have worked with clients of all ages on challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, family struggles, LGBTQIA+ issues and more. My therapy style is warm and interactive, offering you a safe space to heal and grow. I use a variety of therapy techniques including CBT, DBT, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing.
