Introduction

Kesher means connection—to self, to others, and to what matters most. Through a warm, collaborative approach, we help individuals and couples find new ways to relate, communicate, and grow. This is a place where your experiences are honored and your healing unfolds in relationship—with yourself and with those around you. Jennifer is a clinical mental health counseling intern in Colorado. With nearly two decades of experience as a healthcare provider and a background in maternal and child health, Jen brings a grounded, relationship-focused approach to therapy. She is passionate about working with: *Individuals in the postpartum period adjusting to identity shifts and emotional changes *Adults seeking to understand and release long-held patterns that impact relationships *Women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions *Couples experiencing parenting stress, disconnection, or differences in parenting styles *Men struggling with attachment, parental role transition and intimacy Drawing from person-centered, existential, and relational-cultural approaches, Jen offers a flexible and client-guided space for reflection and growth. Her work is rooted in the belief that authentic connection—both within and between us—is the foundation of healing and meaningful change. Jennifer has extensive experience working with clients during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, understanding that while bringing a child into a family can be joyful, it also comes with significant challenges. Shifting identities, evolving roles, and changes in relationships can surface unexpected and uncomfortable emotions, often prompting a deeper exploration of one's own upbringing. She specializes in attachment work, relationship repair, and strengthening connections, helping clients navigate these transformative experiences with self-compassion and clarity. Jennifer’s therapeutic approach is flexible, believing that therapy should adapt to the individual rather than fitting the client into a specific model. She draws from person-centered and existential theories, ensuring a warm, nonjudgmental, and meaningful space for growth. Clients working with Jennifer can expect the genuine care and dedication of someone who has devoted her career to patient and client well-being.
