I’m a Licensed Therapist who is committed to helping children, teens, adults and families learn the tools they need to live their best life! I have over 10 years of clinical experience. My areas of focus are ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, Parenting support, narcissistic abuse, life adjustments (children/adults coping with divorce, transitioning to middle school/HS/collage, grief/loss, etc. ) stress management, healthy relationship/communication skills and more. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, identifying barriers that are keeping them from reaching their full potential and working with them to reach their goals. I work from a variety of therapeutic approaches to fit my client’s unique needs. My hope is for clients to feel safe, understood and empowered as they journey down the road of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
