I am a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist evaluating individuals 6-89 with attentional and learning disorders; symptoms of cognitive decline/memory loss; traumatic brain injury; and experiencing life problems related to anxiety, depression, or other chronic medical or psychiatric conditions. I am taking new testing clients, although my roster of therapy clients is full, currently. For psychological or neuropsychological assessment, our first session is typically one hour in length and involves a clinical interview. This is geared to help find the best tools to use in the future testing session (approximately 3-4 hours in length). At the end of the first appointment, we then schedule a testing session, ro occur over the next several weeks. Once all data is gathered (in-person test scores, behavioral observations, clinical history, medical records, & questionnaire responses) we will schedule a feedback session. This will span 45-60 minutes in length and be a time for you to return to discuss the results with me, as well as receive a comprehensive report. My approach is holistic, eclectic, and strengths-based, so there are usually hidden surprises at this point in the assessment - about your personal strengths and individual potential, if you will. After the testing process has completed, I remain available for additional consultation, as needed.
