Hello! My name is Jennifer Hart and I am the owner of Soul Yoga Philly. I work with urban dwellers and professional workers who experience anxiety and depression, however, yearn to establish and maintain harmony and peace in their careers, and relationships through a holistic framework and lifestyle. I teach clients how to better their entire lives through mind and body wellness practices.
