Jennifer Kelly Guillette, MA, LPC-S, NCC holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Corrections, and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Sam Houston State University. Ms. Guillette is a National Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a LPC Supervisor. She has worked as a therapist in East Texas and in the Dallas area since 2003. She has collaborated with several agencies and developed a significant network of resources to assist families. In her work with individuals and families she incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy with experiential training to encourage change. Ms. Guillette has provided services for children, adolescents, and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings. She has worked with individuals with presenting problems as diverse as depression, anxiety, work related stressors, relationship stressors, adjustment and coping difficulties, parenting issues, trauma, and teen issues. She has worked in a psychiatric hospital, community mental health agency, residential treatment center, and in the private practice setting. She has over 20 years of counseling experience.
