Hello. My experience working as a Clinician in a variety of settings provides me with a strong foundation to work with individuals facing life’s challenges. It is also in these capacities that I appreciate my strengths in interpersonal skills, reflective listening skills, and the ability to respond to needs. For me, these skills are the cornerstones of being an effective helper. I am familiar with treatment levels of care, including the Hub and Spoke model, as well as crisis services, residential settings, and case management. My philosophy and approach to my interactions with individuals is collaborative, strengths based, promoting self-empowerment, and relationally focused.
