Introduction

Are you ready to heal from within? Do you have difficulty finding joy, happiness or a sense of purpose? Are there days where it's difficult to get motivated? My goal is to help you move forward with life by assisting you to achieve your desired level of happiness and functioning that you deserve. As a licensed clinical social worker, I have focused on working with children, teens, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, and other mood disorders in the clinical setting of community outpatient mental health and through the utilization of teletherapy. I utilize an eclectic therapy and methodology approach that is unique to each individual client. My experience and understanding of how trauma can manifest and impact the mind and body provides the ability to educate and work with clients so they may begin to heal and move forward with their lives.
