My professional life began in 2002 in the Navy, working with young sailors who struggled to adjust to military life. The work has expanded to adults of all ages, both civilian and veteran. I can work with you on developing more healthy strategies to manage your problems, support you in processing an experience or important decision, or help you find purpose if you feel lost.
