Introduction

Do you ever feel overwhelmed with life, depressed, anxious or stuck? You are not alone. At some point in nearly everyone's lives they have feelings of sadness, fear, frustration, or feeling overwhelmed. I believe that these are the times when we need to reach out and ask for a helping hand. In times of need healing and change can occur, but we first have to ask for it. My goal is to be able to help you understand and resolve the challenges in your life so that you can find your true potential and live a life worth celebrating. I provide individual, couples and group counseling. My specialties include postpartum and pregnancy mood disorders, pregnancy loss, and the transitions that occur during this time as well as working with individuals ages 16+ who are dealing with anxiety, depression, overall life transitions, stress management, and communication issues.
