I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Abilene Christian University. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, specializing in Social Work, from Colorado State University. I am also pursuing additional training to become a Registered Play Therapist. Originally from Colorado, I have called Texas home for the past seven years. I live in the Dallas area with my husband and children. I am deeply passionate about therapy, having personally experienced the transformative power of counseling in my own life. My professional journey has been centered on working with at-risk youth, children, adolescents, and families, with a special focus on supporting children who have experienced trauma. I am also dedicated to helping individuals rediscover their strengths and work toward their goals for a fulfilling and meaningful life. I am committed to guiding clients through life’s challenges—whether related to relationships, life events, or the emotions that shape the human experience. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your own life journey, empowering you to take control of your story and create the life you envision.
