As a Health Psychologist I focus on helping people create change. Whether that is through discovering your executive functioning issues, completing ADHD testing, or in your relationships with solution focused brief couples coaching. My goal is to give you new information, new skills, and an opportunity to create the change you have been wanting. In marriage/relationship coaching I use different therapy modalities such as CBT, REBT, and Motivational interviewing. You will be doing homework outside of sessions. My goal is not to "save" a marriage/relationship, but rather to give you tools to be able to communicate and make the needed changes yourself. You do the work with me as your guide.
