Introduction

Jennifer’s approach to counseling is strengths based, person centered, and solution focused. She draws upon cognitive behavioral approaches and systems theory. Her clinical experience includes working with teens and adults from all backgrounds who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship concerns or issues surrounding gender and/or sexual identity. Jennifer believes in creating a safe, supportive, judgement free environment where each person is free to be genuine and grow. Navigating life can be difficult and asking for help can be just as difficult. By providing a safe environment she hopes to facilitate personal growth for her clients.
