I help people untangle the past, break unhealthy cycles, and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. My approach is compassionate, direct, and focused on helping you gain clarity, build self-trust, and navigate relationships with more confidence. Whether you’re struggling with emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, or just feeling lost, therapy can provide the space to process, heal, and move forward. While open to all, I am m most often working with neurodivergent folks as well as folks who are part of the LGBQTIA2+ community. My focus is on trauma, burn-out, relationships and navigating systems of oppression. While I am not accepting new clients immediately, I am willing to add folks to my waitlist if desired (my waitlist is about 3-9 months long on average).
