I provide a non-judgmental, safe, educational, and transparent environment so that you are able to express your concerns freely and comfortably. I work in a way that allows clients access to how I am thinking and feeling in the moment. I often "think out loud" which invites clients into my process and to join me in whatever it is that we are working towards.
