My approach merges reflective space to spark insight with concrete tools or critical moments to drive change. I draw from philosophy and the arts as well as evidence-based treatments and research to inspire hope and opportunity. Over a decade of experience providing evaluations and therapy across hospitals, clinics, schools, and community settings. I believe in liberation through transformational healing and justice and explore these in treatment through an existential-humanistic and psychodynamic orientation. This expands outwards from individual change through therapy to systemic change via advocacy. Driven with purpose and held across communities, a large part of my work includes presentations, trainings, and workshops on mental health and education. As a professor, I enjoy teaching and mentoring students and other therapists so feel free to inquire re; consultation, supervision, or like-minded opportunities. **Accepting new clients for individual therapy, as well as family or dyadic therapy (i.e. couples, parent/child, etc.). Currently seeing patients via Telehealth only**
