Hello, my name is Jen Burrous. I am an EMDR Certified and Polyvagal trained therapist. What this means is that I have found that healing happens when we allow physical and mental health to work together as one rather than separately. I will always meet you at your pace in therapy with the hope that I can support you with tools and techniques when you are ready for change. Growth and healing happen when we allow ourselves to embrace vulnerability, learn from our experiences, and move from what is keeping us stuck.
