My name is Jennifer Branstetter, and I help strong but struggling overthinkers develop confidence and peace with their decisions in life. In 2010 I graduated with a Masters of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. I am independently licensed in Ohio and Indiana to provide mental health therapy that is empathic, honest, and effective. I work from a cognitive behavioral and solution-focused background, so we will take a look at your thought processes, choices, and practical steps you can take to start feeling better. We will also incorporate mindfulness and stress management techniques to relax your body and break the cycle of anxiety. You need to know it’s OKAY to feel how you’re feeling, that you’re NOT crazy, and that it WILL get better.
