Introduction

Are you struggling with difficult emotions, unresolved trauma, or relationship challenges? I specialize in helping individuals and couples break free from emotional pain and move toward healing, growth, and deeper connection. I draw on a blend of powerful, evidence-based modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to meet your unique needs. For Individuals:
I am a Certified ART Therapist. Using ART, I help you process trauma and emotional blocks quickly and effectively, allowing you to experience lasting relief. Together, we’ll address core issues, such as anxiety, depression, past trauma, and self-worth, helping you build a deeper understanding of yourself and find lasting emotional balance. By integrating “parts work” informed by IFS, I guide you in exploring the different parts of yourself, helping you heal internal conflicts, increase self-compassion, and restore balance in your life. For Couples:
Through EFT, I work with you and your partner to identify patterns that undermine emotional connection and intimacy. I’ll guide you in understanding each other’s emotional needs, improving communication, and deepening your bond, so you can navigate challenges with greater empathy and trust. I believe that healing is a collaborative journey. With warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach, I will support you in creating the changes you desire, whether you are healing from the past or working to build stronger relationships in the present. If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and connection, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to create a more fulfilling life and relationship.
