I have experience working with clients of all ages, and understand how challenges can impact each person differently depending on their own experiences and circumstances. I have experience supporting those with chronic/life threatening illness, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I have supported those who have experienced grief and loss, relationship changes, life transitions and those who are exploring their own self-identity. I use a strengths-based approach where I incorporate components of CBT, Expressive Modalities, and Mindfulness in order to help you navigate the stressors of life and alleviate or manage symptoms. I understand that all life milestones have a sense of grief to them, and support is needed. I’m a therapist who believes in a client-centered process, and will work collaboratively with you towards your goals. I can provide a safe and empathetic space for you that encourages and supports growth.
