Introduction

Jennifer has provided counseling services to clients since 2008 and has experience with a wide range of mental health and behavioral disorders in a variety of treatment settings to include crisis stabilization units, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, inpatient substance abuse treatment centers, outpatient community mental health, and both inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment in correctional settings. As such, she has gained extensive experience working with individuals with complex issues, are experiencing a crisis, and have varying degrees of trauma. Jennifer utilizes a blend of treatment approaches based on the individual clients need with primary approaches being Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused, and Reality Therapy. She believes that developing a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients is essential in facilitating change and often integrates humor and creativity into her sessions. She offers Telehealth services only. Sliding scale fees are available to qualifying individuals. Clients who are not in network with this provider are provided monthly superbills and can request out of network coverage from insurance companies for reimbursement; please check with your insurance company to verify eligibility. Jennifer also provides clinical supervision to master's level interns and associate level providers. Jennifer is licensed in both Washington and Arizona and is an approved supervisor in both states.
