For the last fifteen years, it has been my privilege to walk with clients throughout the challenges and suffering in their lives, helping them discover healing from past and present pain. Using compassion, care and gentle challenge, I seek to assist clients in experiencing this healing within themselves and to restore relationships with others and with God. I work from a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal process therapy, and internal family systems, depending on what best serves the individual client. I am trained in counseling and divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. I am equipped and honored to work with people through their pain within their Christian faith. I am also privileged to serve many clients who choose not to integrate faith into their therapy journeys. It is important to me to meet clients where they are and help them work towards the healing and goals they desire. I see mainly adolescent and adult clients. Many of the clients I see are processing issues related to: • abuse • relationship challenges • adjustment difficulties to life transitions • singleness • depression • anxiety • spiritual concerns • family of origin issues • grief I strive to make therapy affordable for those who desire to work towards healing. I accept many insurances and offer a sliding scale for clients who are unable to use insurance. I offer in person and telehealth appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
