My goal is to help you build a vision for a better future and take concrete steps to make it a reality. I help people of all ages who are struggling to build a life for themselves. This may involve learning concrete skills for managing focus, concentration, emotions, and relationships. Sometimes it also involves exploring issues of gender identity or sexual orientation. I also am an experienced couples and family therapist, focusing on LGBTQ relationships. I offer an affirming environment that prioritizes real, measurable change. I have two priorities: Helping you embrace what is wonderful about who you are right now, and helping you change what's no longer working for you. This is often a family experience, so parents and spouses will also find both validation and help supporting their loved ones.
