Introduction

At Gia Family Counseling, I am certified and specialize in perinatal mental health and provide support and guidance surrounding pregnancy, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum health, and the transition to parenthood. I also provide counseling for general stress, anxiety, depressed mood, family and relationship issues, life transitions, cultural identity issues, parenting/co-parenting, infant mental health, and attachment/bonding. When choosing a therapist, it’s important to find the right fit for your needs. I provide services via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families through all life stages. I want you to feel heard and supported through life’s challenges. My goal is to help you find strategies to cope, improve your relationship with yourself and others, and strengthen your support system in order to live a more balanced life.
