I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADHD, life changes, and chronic illness/disabilities. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand why you are experiencing distress and work together to alleviate that distress.
