Introduction

Are you struggling to engage in your life in the way that you desire? Life can be challenging and stressful! I am here to help you navigate the waters and live a life of meaning without allowing anxiety to dictate what you do. I am passionate about working with individuals with anxiety disorders. My area of specialization is treating individuals with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). I work with clients ages 18+ and have received extensive training in ERP, ACT, and CBT. What we know is that the strategies you’ve likely been using to manage anxiety (avoidance, compulsive behaviors, hair pulling, rumination, etc.) don’t work! We will work together to gradually face your anxiety head on. Overtime, this will teach your brain that these behaviors are not necessary, that you can tolerate discomfort, and live a fuller life!
