Introduction

You’ve been through some Crap with a capital C (hello, anxiety and trauma!) That’s nothing new—you’re used to dealing with crap. You’ve been doing it all your life and you know you’re pretty damn resilient to have gotten to where you are in spite of it all. But somewhere along the way, you stopped dealing so well and now get to look forward to constant slow burn anxiety, self-doubt, and a general malaise that means you’re pretty much running on empty all the time. Forget coffee dates with friends, finishing that painting, or your usual morning jog; nowadays you’re lucky if you wake up early enough to eat breakfast (like MAYBE a granola bar). The stress both inside your own head and in your life in general has gotten so high that it’s hard to make room for things like that. You’re tired of past and present problems dominating your life and getting in the way of the stuff that used to bring meaning and excitement to your days. You want to feel better. You’re not totally sure what “better” even looks like, but you’re ready to stop the constant stressful cycle and just need to figure out HOW. I’m Jenna, a Trauma and Anxiety Counselor at Obsidian Behavioral Health. I provide online trauma and anxiety therapy to women who are WAY over the crap and are ready to unpack that baggage and put it away. I can help you organize the chaos in your mind, figure out where things might’ve gone off-track, and learn ways to finally stop spinning your wheels and lighten your mental load so you can get some of that energy back. If you’re ready to get started, you can send a message to info@obsidianbh.com expressing interest in meeting with me. Someone will respond to find out more about what you're looking for help with and help you set up a free 15-minute meet and greet so we can chat a little more to see if we think I might be a good fit to help with your needs. Even if it's something out of my wheelhouse, we'll help with referrals. :)
