Introduction

I have specialization in working with trauma, PTSD & CPTSD, adolescent issues, adjustment difficulties, and grief and loss, as well as a variety other mental health concerns. I am LGBTQIA+ allied and have experience working with non-binary and transgender individuals. I believe that inside all of us is an authentic self that has been buried by painful learning experiences, and I want to help you rediscover who you truly are. I have worked as a mental health counselor for years in a variety of settings, and most recently worked as the Director of Partial Hospital Programs for adolescents and adults. I have seen firsthand the impacts that trauma has, especially through COVID-19, and want to help you find peace and healing. Your journey will not be easy, but at least you'll have my support while you're on it.
