Introduction

I’m a clinical social worker, with a focus on health, parenting, and relationships, based in South Portland, Maine. As a counselor, I use common sense and humor - as well as theory and experience - to provide my clients with guidance and support as they confront life's challenges. It is always my goal to provide a nonjudgmental, compassionate space to process your thoughts and feelings. My practice is explicitly LGBTQ+ affirming, and I support clients in a range of relationship dynamics.
