Jenna Block, MSW, LICSW (she/her) believes deeply that our minds, bodies, and spirits are a gift we have been given. She is a Board Approved Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with the MN Board of Social Work. Her therapy and coaching practice is centered around guiding you and supporting you as you develop a healing relationship with yourself. Either in individual sessions or in community with others, she believes in supporting you as you rediscover your inner light. You are invited to enter sessions just as you are. Building deep acceptance of our humanness is one of the first steps in the healing experience. As a therapist, Jenna supports you holistically as you learn about intuition and how it shows up for you. We utilize your intuition in sessions as a way to help you acknowledge thoughts, behaviors and beliefs that have been keeping you from experiencing what you truly desire. In therapy, we will gently explore the root causes to any blocks physically, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically that are standing in your way. Jenna draws on your intuition and her own to help guide in the therapy process.
