My goal is to empower you to blossom into the most self-assured, peaceful version of yourself. I provide services to adult individuals and couples through all life stages. At Nurturing Hope Therapy, LLC I want you to feel heard, validated, and supported through life’s challenges. My clients love that I am down to earth, a good listener, and easy to talk to. I pride myself in creating a safe space where there is no such thing as judgment. My passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. I do this by helping you understand your patterns and emotions and what you can do about them. I have 12 years of experience working with diverse individuals with mental and emotional health issues. I am trained in several therapeutic modalities and will collaborate with you to find the best fit. I have certifications focused on LGBTQIA+ population, POC, major mental health disorders, and Perinatal/Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
