I have worked for over a decade in addiction and mental health settings, and the people I work with tend to be those who need help with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and life transitions. My role as a therapist is to work with you in recognizing that you are an amazing, unique individual no matter what stories you tell about yourself, or what stories have been told about you.
