I work from a Trauma- Informed lens paired with Person-centered approach. I also utilize ACT therapy, mindfulness and EMDR therapy. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space, prioritizing a collaborative experience for my clients to advocate for what care/approaches best fits their needs. I'm passionate about partnering with the information our bodies, brains and emotions are providing. From a place of curiosity, we can discover what ways we can honor that information to pursue a more integrated way of living, getting back to feeling more like ourselves again.
