Lately, you have been feeling anxious, worried, or fearful. You may even be experiencing physical effects of an excess of anxiousness such as headaches, muscle tension, or stomach problems. You may struggle with worrying about many different things and spending a lot of time during your day thinking about your worries. Many of my clients have obsessive-compulsive disorder, which can come with obsessions about harm, cleanliness, germs, and things not feeling quite right. People who see me are hoping to find peace and end the noise in their heads. They are hoping to find a plan to live with anxiety and to learn healthy ways of dealing with stress and anxiety. They are willing to do hard things (exposure therapy) to help them boss back to anxiety and OCD. I also help people work through traumatic experiences in their past. I offer individual therapy sessions for ladies via secure video chat from the states of North Carolina and Michigan. If you are located near Jackson, Michigan you are welcome to come to in-person sessions.
