Introduction

I am committed to ensuring that every client feels genuinely seen and heard by fostering an environment of authenticity and mutual respect. Beyond the emotional aspects, I emphasize the importance of understanding the biology behind emotions, providing clients with a scientific perspective on why our thoughts and feelings sometimes seem at odds. Having my own quirky personality, I celebrate each individual's uniqueness, encouraging them to embrace their own uniqueness. I hope to help you navigate the complexities of mental health with understanding, science, and a touch of quirkiness. Sarcasm and laughter are an added bonus. Women with ADHD, the LGBTQIA+ community, Neurodivergency, Teens, Adults, and all couples are my jam. I work with all trauma survivors, including sexual and religious trauma. I understand addiction. Women and men with "the mother/father wound" is an area I'm well-versed in. Surviving childhood is truly an accomplishment for which you deserve to be validated. Connecting with your therapist is more important than anything. You deserve to find a therapist who will listen and support you. I put 100% of my knowledge, expertise, and resources into supporting your therapy goals with humor and education. I hope you're drawn to the weird because "I myself am strange and unusual."
