Hi! My name is Jenita, I am a licensed therapist in the state of Minnesota. I have worked in the mental health field since 2013. I love helping people and would feel honored to get to know you. I became a therapist after my own journey with depression, which I think helps me relate to my clients. I specialize in working with teens and adults- I started my career in high schools and then opened my own private practice. I work with a lot of clients who are struggling with spiritual trauma.
