Introduction

Hello Amazing Human! Life can sometimes feel like a rollercoaster—full of ups, downs, and everything in between. Whether you, your child, or teenager are navigating trauma, anxiety, or depression, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you—meeting you exactly where you are and focusing on your unique strengths, goals, and lived experiences. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, prioritizing the development of a safe, trusting relationship where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe real healing begins in connection, and I work collaboratively with you to create a space that feels supportive, culturally attuned, and trauma informed. I draw from a range of therapeutic tools, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and Play Therapy, and tailor our work to what best supports your growth. My experience spans working with children, teens, and adults in diverse settings such as schools, community mental health, intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), and with individuals impacted by sexual abuse, domestic violence, and military or veteran-related trauma. As a dedicated part of your support system, I’m committed to helping you identify meaningful goals, reduce barriers, heal and build a path forward. If you're curious whether we're a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. You deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and empowering—let’s connect.
