We work using a Relational Gestalt Approach. Our focus is to build on the therapeutic relationship with our clients. One of the best ways to build a relationship is by establishing trust. We take on a collaborative approach and work towards your goals in session and provide you with tools to continue the work outside of session. We work with tools such as breathwork and mindfulness, somatic techniques, tarot, and yoga. All of these tools help us with building our awareness, through awareness we are able to have a better understanding of different dynamics and allow us to move towards our goals.
