Jen Studt, MA, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor Upstream Wellness Counseling Services, LLC
Specialties: Life Transitions, Stress, Coping Skills, Chronic Illness, Mindfulness,

Introduction

I specialize in helping people cope with life changes, with these changes coming in so many forms, sometimes planned and sometimes very unexpected. These life changes, challenges, and transitions can become overwhelming. As your counselor, I will come alongside you to help you navigate these times. We can review how your values, thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected and work with you on a plan to better your current situation. I like to meet people where they are in counseling and provide an accepting and judgment-free space to discuss whatever comes up. Whatever may arise for you in counseling, all of it is welcome! I spent seven years counseling adolescents and young adults (13-21) in school settings and the past two years also working with adults experiencing life changes and transitions, as well as individuals with chronic or acute health concerns themselves or as a caretaker. If you want to learn more, feel free to review my website at upstreamwellnesscounseling.com and contact me for a no-cost, 15 minute consultation session to determine if working together could be the right fit. It takes courage to reach out and I look forward to learning more about you! - Jen Accepting New Clients- in-person and virtual.
