I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is down-to-earth, approachable, and utilizes a blend of evidenced based modalities to support clients with their unique goals. I have specialized training and expertise in supporting individuals of all ages experiencing major transitions, pregnancy/postpartum, grief, loss and adjustment to life-limiting illness. I frequently support individuals who are looking to identify and change patterns they've outgrown, develop healthy self-esteem and self-concept and navigate the challenging chapters of life.
