So let me tell you a little about what it would be like if you scheduled an appointment with me. We’ll start by working together to recognize how you’re responding to stressors in your life and introduce new skills to ease your symptoms and improve daily functioning. We'll set manageable goals, increase your ability to self-regulate, identify thoughts and memories fueling your symptoms, and gain clarity and confidence using new social and communication skills. I use an integrative approach with top-down and bottom-up therapeutic tools to help calm the overactive brain and (when appropriate) EMDR to desensitize and reprocess traumatic memories to reduce present-day symptoms. I have professional and lived experience supporting neurodivergent adults (ADHD & Autism) and those working in the creative, corporate, and tech industries.
