Hello! I have been a therapist for over 20 years supporting individuals in the Central Ohio area with there mental health challenges. I help each individual explore the barriers that are blocking their ability to feel secure and content in their life. I believe each individual has the capability to gain insight and tools to tackle what is bringing them to therapy. As a therapist I utilize creative approaches such as art-making to strengthen there values and self-concept.
