Introduction

Being stuck just means it's time to explore and evaluate what you need and this isn't always easy to do on your own. I work to support people in understanding how to empower their own lives, while leaving room for growth. I have a specialty training and knowledge of sexual health and development and work closely with those in the sex therapy field. I believe in healthy communication and strive to support this in my clients.  I believe strongly in the Queer community and am a part of it myself.  I support consensual non-monogamy, kink communities, and am sex positive.    We can only use the tools we are given, learn or adopt over time, and that striving for new and that healthy learning is possible for anyone.    (In-person or telehealth services available)
