Introduction

I’m a mental health and relationship specialist committed to helping others learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and with those who matter most to them. My clients inevitably learn, grow, find hope, improve relationships, and discover muscles that they didn’t know they had. My counseling approach is warm and compassionate. I strive to show unconditional positive regard and sincere empathy to my clients. My motto is "Keep it Real!" and I work hard to create a safe place where my clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I believe that everyone is of infinite worth regardless of their circumstances or mental health challenges. Outside of work I am a real person. I have been married to my husband for 23 years and counting. We have two young adults and one wonderful daughter-in-law. I am a person of faith and have served in various capacities with the children, young men & young women, and women in my church. I have lived in Utah, Idaho, Virginia, Nebraska, Germany, Brazil, and now call the beautiful state of Washington home. My hobbies include interior design, spending time at the beach, and being with my family. It is my deepest wish to use my work experience, life experience, education, and love of people to help others through the rough times in their lives.
