Introduction

My focus is on treating individuals(13+) coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, divorce, or processing grief. My inclusive and supportive practice offers a safe space for couples seeking counseling to strengthen their relationships. I utilize evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailored to meet each client's unique needs. I am committed to providing specialized care that addresses the complex layers of military service-related trauma. I aim to empower clients to overcome obstacles, achieve personal growth, and find lasting healing. I specialize in EMDR to address how our past shapes our present, focusing on eliminating triggers for personal healing. I employ the Gottman Method for couples to strengthen communication, fostering understanding and forgiveness. I help individuals and couples navigate their challenges through targeted strategies and effective approach to growth and recovery. Understanding the courage it takes to seek help, I'm here to support you on your journey to healing. If you're ready to take the first step, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can navigate the path to a more fulfilling life. A sliding scale is available for payments.
