Mary Katherine Beard Mary Katherine is a compassionate counselor dedicated to supporting individuals through life's challenges. With a person-centered approach, she specializes in assisting adolescents and adults, particularly women, as they navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Alongside traditional counseling methods, she also offers Christian counseling for those seeking guidance through a faith-based perspective. Jen Conyac Jen is an experienced counselor passionate about helping individuals and couples build healthier, happier relationships. With a focus on couples counseling and additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Jen offers expertise in addressing communication patterns, trust concerns, and emotional disconnection. Drawing from her background in education and training in Play Therapy, Jen provides valuable insights into working with children and young adults facing behavioral challenges. She takes a holistic approach to counseling, considering each client's personal history, values, and aspirations, and collaboratively develops customized strategies for positive outcomes and greater emotional well-being.
